Major Oak Chorus Leadership

Major Oak Chorus thrives because of the energy and style of the people who have stepped up to lead. Here are a few of the people that make our ensemble tick:

Chris Deane - Chairman

A prominent local business man, Chris has served the chorus in several roles before bocoming chairman. He is a great guy and a worthy leader.

Music Team

Adrian  Armstrong - Baritone Section Leader

Adrien is an extremely acomplished musician and besides being a fantastic Baritone he is a wonderful guitarist, both classical and rock. Besides singing in both the Chorus and in quartet Revised Edition, he is in the rock band "Dark Horse".  Adrian is one of our assistant musical directors, and professionally, he is a kindergarton teacher.

Steve Cox - Bass Section Leader

Steve is also a member of Revised Edition and is also an assistant musical director. An accomplished keyboard player, he has also been known to try his hand at arranging Barbershop songs. Besides singing, he enjoys long distance walking. During the day, Steve is a doctor.
